GuestFront Terms of Service

You are expected to review these terms of service before using GuestFront.

These terms of service were last updated: January 11th 2017.

1. Using the GuestFront Platform

Upon agreement of these terms, you are responsible for configuring your account to meet the needs of your business.

You will not, and will not allow anyone to;

  • Duplicate the system in any way except when integrating on your website or social media platform
  • Modify, copy or re-distribute any part of the system using either a manual or automated process
  • Use the system to send unsolicited email messages

Failure to abide by the above rules will result in account removal

2. Account Registration

Upon registering for a GuestFront account, you agree to keep safe your password. You are solely responsible for your account activity. You also agree to opt-in to GuestFront’s marketing database which allows us to contact you regarding future product offers. If you wish to opt-out of this subscription you may do so by sending an email entitled “Opt Out” to marketing@guestfront.com.

3. Data Protection

Any data collected within your account shall remain your property. GuestFront can not modify, share or sell your data to third parties without your consent unless legally requested to do so.

Functionality exists to export your data whenever you wish, however, once your account is closed your data will be purged and will no longer be accessible.

In line with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) we do not store credit card information, this information is securely passed on to our payments processing provider (Stripe).

4. Fees and Billing

All fees are chargeable at the agreed commission rate and are deducted from the guests card at the point of sale. An additional “booking fee” is also charged to the guest at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due to you upon your guests arrival or departure. GuestFront will not change either commission rates or booking fees without prior notification.
